Refund policy

At Perfumery Stockholm, we want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Email perfumerystockholm@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost. Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage.

Non-returnable: Gift cards, opened fragrances (unless faulty), final sale items.
